Shipping Policy:

Processing Time: All items are made to order and require 2-4 days for production before shipping. Although we will get started working on your products as soon as possible, please note that each item is hand made and delays may occur. You will be notified if this it the case.

Shipping Methods & Costs: Please select the best method for you at checkout when placing your order.

Communication: You will be notified if any delays occur and will be provided updates with production as they apply.

Custom Order Changes: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your order. As far as the design and material go, it is unlikely we will be able to change anything once production has started as everything is made to order. No refunds will be issued in the case that production has started and your request is not possible without restarting the item.
